Are you looking for a recovery practice or time on the mat to reset for the upcoming week!! Gentle yoga is a slow-paced flow with seated, standing, balance, and laying postures with modifications available to meet each student's ability. The class will also include breath work and a short guided meditation at the end of the practice.
