Gentle yoga is a slow-paced flow with seated, standing, balance, and laying postures with modifications available to meet each student's ability. The class will also include breath work and a short guided meditation at the end of the practice. Only six spots are available for each class. Please click the signup button to reserve your spot.

Chair yoga is a practice in which postures are performed while seated or standing with the aid of a chair. It's an excellent class for those who want to explore yoga with additional props and discover a new practice method.
