Welcome to Pacific Northwest Yoga Wellness. I am excited to share this unique small studio space with those seeking a personalized or small-group yoga experience. You can learn to find a yoga practice that feels comfortable for your mind, body, and wellness.
Starting in February 2024, I will offer a four-session package for my Yoga Therapy certification as part of my supervised practicum hours. Yoga therapy applies beneficial evidence-based yoga practices to address physical and mental conditions and is complementary to other health & wellness modalities. These sessions are designed to provide a gentle and therapeutic approach to yoga that is suitable for those with limited mobility living with hips, knees, low back pain, neck/shoulder tightness, chronic fatigue, or stress.

Private yoga sessions can provide a more personalized experience, helping to focus on your unique needs and goals. Private sessions may help you develop a deeper connection with your own practice and greater self-awareness and understanding. You will have the opportunity to receive personal guidance to help promote mobility and balance to exploring breathwork and meditation.

A personalized yoga class is developed for a group of up to 6 people at the studio. For example, do you have a group that trains together that needs a yoga practice to help prevent injuries or a group that wants to improve their mobility and learn yoga together? This is an excellent opportunity to share a practice with people you know.
Offered in-person or virtually online.
Various classes and workshops will be offered on the schedule to explore specific themes that are designed to enhance the student's understanding and experience of yoga. The small class sizes of up to 6 students create a supportive and inclusive environment for students to learn and grow in their practice.
